    What GWhats White label is

White label is the GWhats layer for your own brand and customization. The installation operator replaces the platform name in texts, titles and emails, uploads light and dark logos, icon and favicon, sets the accent colors and points a custom domain with a certificate. For the team and for end customers, the service center becomes yours, on the login screen, in the sidebar and in the browser tab.

Customization goes beyond looks. Custom Scripts inject JavaScript or CSS into the dashboard, the Help Center portal and the widget. Dashboard Apps embed your CRM, ERP or order panel in the conversation or in the sidebar, with a controlled audience and explicit data grants. Dynamic variables personalize every message with contact, billing, booking and order data, and guided tours teach the team inside the screen.

    White-label and customization features

Your identity, your interface and your ecosystem, without forking the platform.

    Complete own brand

Installation name, light and dark logos, icon and favicon and accent colors applied on the login screen, in the sidebar, in the browser tab and in emails.

    Custom domain with certificate

The platform answers on your address instead of the default domain, with DNS pointing and a certificate. Ideal for agencies and for reselling a customer service platform under your brand.

    Custom Scripts on three surfaces

JavaScript or CSS injected into the dashboard, the Help Center portal or the widget, with a run moment and an Active or Inactive state, without deleting the script.

    Dashboard Apps in the conversation

Your web application becomes a tab next to the chat, with the contact and conversation context: CRM, orders or ERP without leaving the conversation.

    Sidebar apps with an audience

A direct item in one of the 8 native categories, with icon, preview and named position. Audience Everyone or Selected by role, team or user, as an access boundary.

    Dynamic variables in messages

Type {{ or use {x} in the composer, campaign, follow-up, flow, contract or macro. More than 20 groups, formatted values and a preview of the real value per contact.

    Guided tours

Tutorials with a spotlight and short videos per step, filtered by role and permission, with progress saved per user and a first-visit tour.

    Integrations and credential providers

Slack, Dialogflow, Notion and Linear ready to go, plus translation, video, CRM, AI, voice and search providers with shortcuts to credentials, console and documentation.

    Shopify, webhooks and API

Shopify orders in the conversation with read-only scopes and no data persisted, per-event webhooks to your endpoint and an API with an access token.

    Own brand

The platform with your name, on your domain

White label swaps the installation name, logos, colors, favicon and custom domain at the operator level, because it affects the whole installation. Agencies deliver the platform as their own product; companies standardize login screens and emails with their corporate identity.

    • Logos in light and dark versions, with transparent background, for login, sidebar and tab.
    • Custom domain with certificate instead of the default address.
    • Installation name in texts, titles and automatic emails.
    Custom Scripts

JS and CSS injected without touching the platform code

Each script has a surface (Dashboard, Portal or Widget), a type (JavaScript or CSS), a run moment and an Active or Inactive state. JS scripts receive the ctx context object to interact with the screen and implement teardown to clean up elements and listeners on navigation.

    • Temporary banner on the dashboard, portal restyling, analytics event when the widget opens.
    • Turn on and off without deleting; version control outside the platform.
    • Small, idempotent scripts, tested outside production.
    Dashboard Apps

Your CRM or ERP inside the conversation

Register your app's HTTPS URL and install it on the Conversation surface, with IDs and context of the contact and conversation, or in the Sidebar, as an item of a native category. Audience, compatibility mode (Legacy, V2 or Dual) and data grants are reviewed before publishing.

    • Session and API tokens are never granted; the contact's email and phone are explicit grants.
    • A two-minute signed identity proves account, user and installation to your backend or n8n.
    • The Test button reproduces the real URL, sandbox and bridge and confirms the V2 handshake.
    Integrations

Slack, Shopify, webhooks and API connected to customer service

In Settings, turn on Slack to mirror conversations, Dialogflow for triage, Notion and Linear for context and Shopify to look up the customer's orders in the conversation. Credential providers bring shortcuts to get keys, open the console and read the documentation.

    • Shopify with read_customers and read_orders scopes, on-demand lookup and token kept on the server only.
    • Per-event webhooks to your endpoint, with a 2xx response and idempotency.
    • API with the agent's access token, treated as a password; requires the Manage integrations permission.

    How it works

    1. 1

Dress the platform in your brand

In the installation's admin panel, set the name, logos, favicon, colors and custom domain.

    2. 2

      Adjust and extend the interface

Inject JS or CSS per surface and install Dashboard Apps in the conversation or in the sidebar, with audience and granted data.

    3. 3

      Personalize every message

Type {{ or use {x}, check the real value next to it, use formatted versions and send a test.

    4. 4

      Connect and teach

Turn on Slack, Shopify, providers, webhooks and API, and enable guided tours so the team learns on screen.

    Frequently asked questions

Can I put my brand and my domain on the platform?

Yes. White label replaces the installation name, light and dark logos, icon and favicon, accent colors and custom domain, with a certificate and DNS pointing. Configuration happens at the platform operator level, because it affects the whole installation.

Can I change behavior or style without changing the code?

Yes, with Custom Scripts: JavaScript or CSS injected into the dashboard, the Help Center portal or the widget, with control over when it runs and an on/off switch. JS scripts use the ctx object and must implement teardown for SPA navigation.

How do I show data from my CRM or ERP inside the conversation?

With Dashboard Apps: register your app's HTTPS URL under Settings, Integrations, Dashboard Apps and install it on the Conversation surface, with contact and conversation context, or in the Sidebar, as an item of a native category. The app receives allowed IDs and context, never channel credentials.

What happens if a variable has no value?

It becomes empty text and the rest of the message goes through. In campaigns, a recipient whose approved-template variable does not resolve is skipped, so prefer variables that certainly exist and always send a test.

    Which integrations are available?

Slack, Dialogflow, Notion, Linear and Shopify ready to go; credential providers for translation, video, CRM, AI, voice and search, such as Google Translate, Dyte and LeadSquared; per-event webhooks; API with access tokens; and Dashboard Apps. Some depend on the plan or on specific enablement.

Does the Shopify integration store my customers' data?

No. The lookup is on demand: the contact's email or phone is sent to the search and the interface receives only ID, date, amount, currency, statuses and admin link; nothing is persisted. Scopes are only read_customers and read_orders, the token stays on the server and, by default, orders from the last 60 days are shown.
