WhatsApp appointment scheduling without the back-and-forth
An online calendar built into your customer service: customers book themselves on the public page, Google Calendar syncs both ways, reminders arrive on WhatsApp and the slot is only confirmed for those who paid.

What the GWhats Calendar module is
Calendar is the native scheduling module of GWhats. You create calendars with a name, color and time zone, connect one or more Google Calendar accounts via OAuth and publish a Calendly-style public booking page with its own link per event type. The customer picks date, time and location, answers screening questions and receives an email confirmation with an .ics file and a Google Meet link.
The difference is the integration with the rest of the operation: a confirmed booking opens the conversation, creates a task, links a CRM deal, sends a native WhatsApp event and triggers reminders by WhatsApp and email. Event types define duration, buffers, notice periods, agent distribution and payment by PIX, bank slip or card. And Maestro, the GWhats AI, checks free slots and books straight from the chat, with human approval.
Everything an online calendar integrated with WhatsApp needs
From the public link to the WhatsApp reminder, with fine-grained rules per event type.
Public booking page
An unauthenticated link per event type that shows only free slots. The customer picks date, time and location, answers screening and confirms on their own.
Two-way Google Calendar sync
Permanent OAuth connection, several accounts and calendars per account. Events, Meet, guests and recurrence travel both ways, without duplicates.
Booking effects
On confirmation, GWhats opens the conversation, creates the task, links the CRM deal, sends an email with .ics and a native WhatsApp event. Each effect toggles per account or per type.
WhatsApp and email reminders
Configurable lead times, 24 h and 1 h before by default, with a template message and variables such as name, date, time and link. Per-channel preview and test send.
Paid bookings
One-off charge, deposit, require subscription or subscribe on booking via Asaas or Mercado Pago. PIX, bank slip or card. The slot is confirmed only when the gateway approves.
AI booking inside the conversation
Maestro lists event types, checks free slots, sends the link, books, reschedules and cancels, with human approval in hybrid mode.
Event types and cascading availability
Duration, buffers, minimum and maximum notice, reschedule limit, screening and round-robin distribution. Availability inherited from the account to the calendar and the type.
Shift occupancy and overlap lock
A booking can take the whole morning or afternoon, ideal for on-site services. The per-calendar lock refuses overlapping appointments and names the conflict.
Calendar reports
Volume, no-show rate, cancellations, average lead time, occupancy, performance per type and per agent, sync health and payment funnel.
A booking page with your brand that only shows free slots
Every event type has its own link for your bio, email, website or inside WhatsApp. Offered slots cross availability, busy times in Google and buffers, at the interval you define. Logo, color and display name make the portal look like your company.
- Nine screening question types: text, dropdown, multiple choice, number, phone, date and more.
- The customer picks the location when there are two or more options: Google Meet, phone, in person or custom.
- Never exposes details of other appointments; the customer sees slots in their browser's time zone.
Confirmation, reminders and rescheduling right in the chat
With a phone number on file, the customer gets confirmation and reminders on WhatsApp: a free native event on WhatsApp Web, a session message on Cloud inside the 24 h window or an approved template outside it. The Manage booking button lets them reschedule or cancel without talking to anyone.
- Maestro checks free slots and books with human approval, following the same rules as the public page.
- The + Create template button generates the utility template and submits it to Meta for approval, in pt_BR, English or Spanish.
- Changes made in Google notify the customer, reschedule reminders and trigger automations.
Only blocks the calendar for those who paid
Integrated with the Payments module through Asaas or Mercado Pago, an event type can require a one-off charge, a deposit with remaining balance, an active subscription or subscribing on booking. In Reserve and hold, the slot stays held for 15 minutes and is released automatically if the payment does not arrive.
- Four states: awaiting payment, confirmed, payment failed and expired.
- The amount comes from the event type, a Catalog product or the plan; the deposit reduces no-shows.
- Effects, Google Meet and reminders only fire after the booking is confirmed.
Shifts, overlaps and no-show metrics on one screen
Define what a booking occupies: only the chosen time or the whole shift, for cleaning, freight and per-period rentals. Enable the overlap lock per calendar. Then follow volume, no-shows, cancellations, lead time and occupancy per agent in the Calendar reports.
- Agent distribution by round-robin, collective or fixed, each with their own calendar and availability.
- Cancelling keeps the history and frees the slot; deleting removes it for good, including in Google.
- Sync health with error and conflict counts and a Sync now button.
How it works
- 1
Set up the basics
Enable Calendar, create a native calendar or connect Google Calendar and define the account's default availability.
- 2
Create event types
Duration, location, buffers, notice periods, screening, agent distribution, effects and payment.
- 3
Share the link
In your bio, email, website or inside WhatsApp. The AI can also send the link or book in the chat.
- 4
Everything runs on its own
Conversation opened, task created, deal linked, Meet and .ics sent, reminders 24 h and 1 h before.
